Fiore's Kitchen
Chef from Apulia with decades of experience.
For over 25 years, Fiore ran an Italian restaurant in Austria, where he delighted many guests with classic Italian cuisine. This time also led to him speaking fluent German, which is why many international guests immediately feel at home with us.
Today he brings his experience back to Peschici, on the Gargano coast, where fish, seafood and regional products play a central role.
His philosophy is simple: good products, simple preparation and authentic taste.

Our cuisine is based on traditional Italian and Apulian cuisine.
Our menu includes, among other things:

Kitchen & Culinary Management
Fiore is the head chef and culinary mastermind behind AMORE & FRIENDS. With over 40 years of experience as a chef, he brings a deep passion for Italian cuisine and impressive gastronomic expertise. For more than 25 years, Fiore ran an Italian restaurant in Austria, where he delighted countless guests with authentic dishes, Mediterranean flavors, and his warm hospitality. During this time, he also gained valuable insights into the preferences of many international diners – experiences that now inform his cuisine at AMORE & FRIENDS on San Nicola beach at Lido Aurora in Peschici.
K A R I N
Marketing, Organization & Concept
Karin, a trained media designer from Austria, handles marketing, organization, and administrative tasks behind the scenes. She also designs the interior and overall look of the restaurant. With meticulous attention to detail, she ensures that AMORE & FRIENDS is not only a culinary delight but also a special place by the sea, creating a unique atmosphere. In the evenings, she is often at the restaurant herself, personally attending to the guests.
C A R L O
Service & Guests
Carlo, Fiore's son, is also part of the AMORE & FRIENDS team. Young, dynamic, and charming, he ensures our guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay. His open personality and experience in the hospitality industry bring a lot of energy to the team, and he is a particularly valued contact person for our international guests. Carlo grew up bilingual and, like his father, speaks fluent German, which means guests from Germany, Austria, and Switzerland also feel right at home.
At the same time, we are of course also delighted to welcome our Italian guests from the region and from all over Italy, who enjoy the beach of San Nicola and the atmosphere of our restaurant.
We speak Italian, German & English.
We are also supported by a dedicated team from the kitchen and service, who work hard every day to ensure that our guests feel comfortable at AMORE & FRIENDS.
